Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - gram flour (besan)
  • 1/4 cup - Corn flour
  • 1 cup - sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup - finely slices Onions
  • 1/4 cup - finely sliced green Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - kasoori Methi (fenugreek ) dried
  • a pinch - soda bi-carb, water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Mushroom Pakoras:

    1. Mix the gram flour and corn flour well. Add enough water to mix and make a thick batter.
    2. Mix in all the ingredients.
    3. Add the batter into the oil and deep fry.
    4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
