Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - gram flour (besan)
  • 1/4 cup - corn flour
  • 1 cup - sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup - finely slices onions
  • 1/4 cup - finely sliced green capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - kasoori methi (fenugreek ) dried
  • a pinch - soda bi-carb, water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for deep frying

How to Make Mushroom Pakoras

  • Mix the gram flour and corn flour well. Add enough water to mix and make a thick batter.
  • Mix in all the ingredients.
  • Add the batter into the oil and deep fry.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
