Ingredients

  • A packet of Pasta
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup - Pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup - cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup - mushroom, chopped
  • 2 - big boiled potatoes, diced
  • 50 g - Broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • How to Make Mushroom Pasta:

    1. Boil the pasta in hot water until it is translucent. Drain and reserve.
    2. Boil mushroom and broccoli till they are just done.
    3. In a pan, heat some olive oil and saute the cabbage, broccoli and mushrooms.
    4. Add boiled potato cubes to this and saute gently.
    5. Add in the cup of pasta sauce, salt, pepper and stir.
    6. Add the reserved pasta and mix well.
    7. Top it up with grated cheese and serve hot.
