Ingredients

  • A packet of Pasta
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup - Pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup - cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup - mushroom, chopped
  • 2 - big boiled potatoes, diced
  • 50 g - Broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How to Make Mushroom Pasta

  • Boil the pasta in hot water until it is translucent. Drain and reserve.
  • Boil mushroom and broccoli till they are just done.
  • In a pan, heat some olive oil and saute the cabbage, broccoli and mushrooms.
  • Add boiled potato cubes to this and saute gently.
  • Add in the cup of pasta sauce, salt, pepper and stir.
  • Add the reserved pasta and mix well.
  • Top it up with grated cheese and serve hot.
