Ingredients

  • 150 g - mushrooms
  • 150 g - paneer cubes
  • 3 - onions, chopped finely
  • 3/4 cup - tomato puree
  • 1/2 tbsp - ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 5 - green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder

How to Make Mushroom with Paneer in tomato puree

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and simmer for 5 mins.
  • Add onion pieces and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the mixed powder and simmer for a minute.
  • Add green chillies and salt. Simmer for 5 mins.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and cook on low flame.
  • Add tomato puree and mix well.
  • Add milk and paneer pieces.
  • Cook till gravy thickens.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
