  • 850 g - fresh mushrooms
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - dried lime powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 to 4 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 cup - water

How to Make Mushrooms Cooked in Powdered Lime

  • Wash mushrooms thoroughly, remove the stems, peel and slice into halves.
  • Heat oil, add onions, saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and saute until the water from the mushroom evaporates and the mushrooms are well browned.
  • Add the powdered lime, a little water and salt to taste, cook until almost dry.
