  • 2 cups-raw Rice
  • 1/2 cup-urad dal
  • 1 tbsp - Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 cup - Poha
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Musti Dosa:

    1. Soak rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in water for 2 hours.
    2. Grind it with the coconut and soaked poha to a fine, thick batter.
    3. Add salt and mix well. Keep aside for 6 - 8 hrs to ferment.
    4. Preheat a non-stick tawa and spread out a ladle full of batter into it.
    5. The dosa should be of medium thickness.
    6. Cook it on one side, pour a little oil and serve.
