  • 1 cup - raw Rice
  • 1 cup - biriyani Rice
  • 3 - eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Muttasurkka:

    1. Soak the rice in water for about 3 hours and blend it adding enough water.
    2. Mix in the eggs and salt and beat the batter well.
    3. Heat oil in a kadai and pour 1/2 a cup of batter at a time and fry on both sides. Have it with meat curry.
