How to Make Mutton Kolhapuri

  • Lightly roast all the ingredients except ginger and garlic.
  • Grind all the ingredients to paste.
  • Cut mutton into small pieces and wash well.
  • Slightly fry mutton in a little oil and keep aside.
  • In the remaining oil, fry the remaining sliced onions to a golden brown colour.
  • Add ground masala and fry little longer.
  • Add turmeric and sauteed meat, some water and salt to taste.
  • Cook on a slow fire and let the gravy remain thick. Cook till meat is tender.
