How to Make Mutton Kurma

  • Cook mutton pieces separately in a cooker for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Take a vessel, heat oil and add the ginger - garlic paste. Saute the mixture.
  • Add sliced onions and green chillies. Saute well.
  • Add all the masala powder and saute.
  • Add salt and water as needed and cook for 15 mins.
  • Grind coconut and cashew nuts with little water and add this mixture to the pan.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
