  • 1/2 kg - minced Mutton
  • 2 - Onions chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp - chopped Ginger
  • 3 - Green chillies chopped finely
  • 1 small bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 6 - soft chapattis.
  • How to Make Mutton-Lamb Mince Rolls:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
    2. Add the chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute for 3 mins.
    3. Add the mince salt and mix well.
    4. Add chopped coriander leaves and cook on low heat for about 1/2 an hour till the mince is cooked and all the water evaporates.
    5. Simmer on low heat till mince is out a nice aroma.
    6. Place a few tsp of the cooked mince on the chapattis lengthwise.
    7. Sprinkle some chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves on top then form into a roll.
    8. Wrap the bottom of the roll in a paper napkin or foil, serve with chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.
