Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Mutton mince
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Green chilli paste
  • 3 tbsp - Raw papaya paste
  • 2 tbsp - Flour of roasted split chick peas
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • A pinch mace powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to Make Mutton Mince Malai Cutlets

  • Mix all the ingredients well, except the oil, in a bowl.
  • Run the mixture through a food processor or through a mincer, just once.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Mix well and make 10-12 patties with your hands.
  • Smear a little oil on your hands if required.
  • In a pan shallow fry in oil, till both sides are brown.
