Ingredients

  • 500 g - mutton(minced) or kheema
  • 100 g - Channa dal
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2 - green chillies, minced
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 - onion, medium
  • 2 - Cloves
  • 2 - Cardamoms
  • 1 inch stick - Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp - Dhania Jeera powder
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • How to Make Nargisi Kebab:

    1. Cook together kheema, channa dal, onion, ginger garlic paste along with all the spices and salt in a little water till tender and completely dry. Grind to a paste.
    2. Mix in eggs and ground spices.
    3. Shape into round kebabs, roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry to a golden brown colour.
