Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - mince Meat
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 - medium onion, chopped
  • 4 - hard boiled eggs
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 inch piece - Ginger
  • a little - flour
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander-cumin powder
  • oil for frying

How to Make

  • Boil mince and onions in water on medium heat till water is absorbed and meat is tender. Remove from fire.
  • Grind till fairly soft and smooth. Add ginger, spices, salt and grind fro 5-10 mins.
  • Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
  • Shell the 4 boiled eggs. Coat with flour.
  • Take some meat paste in your hand and cover each boiled egg completely with paste.
  • Deep fry kebabs in hot oil or till golden brown. Drain.
  • Serve whole or cut into halves or quarters.
