Ingredients

  • Ripe Avocado – 1
  • Garlic Cloves – 2 nos
  • Ginger – 1 inch root
  • Tamarind – golf ball size
  • Juice of ½ a Lime
  • Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut – ¼ cup
  • Green Chillies – 4 to 6 nos essential)
  • Water – 20 ml
  • Salt – to taste

How to Make No Cook Healthy Avocado Chutney

  • Slit through all along the centre of the avocado, using a sharp knife edge, prick and gouge out the stone. Scoop out the flesh using a spoon.
  • Peel and roughly chop the Ginger and Garlic.
  • De-seed the tamarind.
  • Blitz all ingredients in a grinder in bursts and is now ready to serve.
