  • 3 tbsp - cooking oil
  • 2 - small onions
  • 800 g - mutton
  • 3 tsp - garam masala
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric
  • Salt to taste

How to Make No Fuss Rogan Josh

  • Heat oil in a cooking pan. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Now add meat and fry till it cooks well.
  • Add garam masala, red chilli, turmeric powder and stir well. Cook for 3 mins.
  • Add salt.
  • Now pour some water and cook for 5-8 mins.
  • Serve hot with rice.
