Ingredients

  • 3 - drumsticks, cut to finger length pieces
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped very small
  • 2 tbsp - fresh grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 6 - Cloves
  • Coriander leaves - a handful, chopped very small
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make No oil - Drumstick curry

  • On a very low flame, cook drumsticks in 4 cups of water till they are half done.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients mix well and continue to cook till onions and tomatoes become very soft and soggy.
  • Close the lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
  • Serve.
