Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Maida
  • 2.5 cups - Sugar
  • 1.5 cups - dalda

How to Make Nuncut

  • Powder the sugar. Mix the powdered sugar with maida. Add Dalda into the mixture, knead it well and make a thick batter, similar to gulab jamun batter.
  • Make 20-25 small rounds and press each one slightly with your palm.
  • Place the nuncuts on a baking tray and bake it for 30 minutes in 180 degree C.
