Ingredients

  • 3 cups - all-purpose flour
  • 1 2/3 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1.5 cup - chopped nuts
  • 1.5 cup - cooking oil
  • 4 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 beaten Egg

How to Make Nut Bread

  • Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • Combine egg, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just till combined.
  • Stir in the nuts. Turn into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degree F in an oven for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • Cool in a pan for 10 mins.
  • Remove from pan, cool on a rack.
  • Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
