  • 25 g - each of cashewnut, Raisins and groundnuts
  • 25 g - each of grated Jaggery and Dates
  • 1 - Lime sized ball of Tamarind
  • 1 small piece - dry Coconut
  • 1 tsp - sesame seeds (til)
  • 1 tsp - each of roasted and pounded Cumin seeds and Garam Masala
  • salt and chilli powder to taste
  • How to Make Nut Chutney:

    1. Cover tamarind with water for 5 mins, and then strain out the juice.
    2. Roast coconut and sesame seeds and grind to a paste with the rest of the ingredients, then mix into the tamarind water.
