How to Make Oats and Wheat Herb Crackers

  • Coarsely grind the oats.
  • Mix all the ingredients, add enough water and knead to make a firm and smooth dough.
  • Roll out the dough into 2 mm thick rounds.
  • Cut into desired shapes.
  • Transfer the crackers to a foil lined baking tray
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Though the crackers will not be crisp when removed from oven, it will become crisp as it cools.
  • Cool and store in an air-tight container.
