Ingredients

  • 150 gms. red bhopla or red pumpkin, peeled and sliced
  • 100 gms. beaten Curd
  • 2 green chillies, minced
  • Handful of sliced Coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp. roasted and coarsely pounded Cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp. Sugar
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste

How to Make Oil Free Bhopla Raita

  • Grate the pumpkin and steam till cooked.
  • Cool and mix with rest of the above ingredients. Serve cold.
