Ingredients

  • 2 tender Corn cobs
  • 2 cups beaten curds
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds, roasted and powdered
  • 2 green chillies, minced
  • ½ inch piece ginger, minced
  • A few sprigs of Coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp. Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp. Sugar

How to Make Oil Free Corn Raita

  • Boil the corn in salted water.
  • Drain and mix into the rest of the above ingredients.
  • Serve cold.
