Ingredients

  • 1 medium chicken, sliced
  • 500 gms. mixed vegetables like capsicum, carrots, green peas, Cabbage etc.
  • 250 gms. boiled noodles
  • 1 tbsp. cornflour dissolved in ½ cup Chicken stock
  • For the sauce:
  • ½ cup each of Vinegar and Tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp. prepared mustard
  • ½ tsp. pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste
  • A few green Onions for decoration

How to Make Oil Free Sweet and Sour Chicken

  • Steam the chicken and shred it.
  • Slice the vegetables thinly and steam them.
  • Mix all the ingredients together with chicken and vegetables and cook till thick.
  • Put over the noodles and serve decorated with chopped green onions.
