How to Make Okra Soup

  • Wash ladies finger and slice them. Chop onions and tomatoes. Melt butter.
  • Add onions and fry. Add ladies fingers and toss lightly. Add tomatoes and herbs.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes. Add seasoning, hot water. Serve with croutons of fried bread.
