Ingredients

  • 1 onion grated
  • 2 whole dry red chillies
  • 2 tsbp - olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 tsp - ground sugar
  • 8-10 mint leave finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

How to Make Olive Oil Dressing

  • Warm oil and add chillies.
  • Cover and keep aside for 20 mins or till required.
  • Remove chillies and reheat the chilli oil.
  • Add onion, saute till pink and tender.
  • Add all other ingredients, mix well and stir fry for 2 mins.
  • Cool a bit, pour over chilled salad and toss with chopsticks or fork.
  • Serve immediately.
