  • 200 g - Bengal gram flour
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - chopped spinach leaves
  • 2- green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Onion And Spinach Pakoras

  • Mix all the above ingredients together (except the oil) to form a sticky batter.
  • Heat the oil in a deep-frying pan till smoky.
  • Drop in a tsp of batter at a time into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
  • Drain and serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
