  • 200 g - Bengal Gram flour
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Spinach leaves
  • 2- Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Onion And Spinach Pakoras:

    1. Mix all the above ingredients together (except the oil) to form a sticky batter.
    2. Heat the oil in a deep-frying pan till smoky.
    3. Drop in a tsp of batter at a time into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
    4. Drain and serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
