Ingredients

  • 6 - onions
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • To grind: 1 cup - coconut
  • 1 tsp - saunf

How to Make Onion Curry with coconut

  • Cut the onions. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds and add onion and fry 5 -7 mins.
  • Add salt and red chilli powder fry for 3 mins.
  • Add masala mix and switch off the stove.
  • Simple onion curry is ready to serve
