How to Make Onion Sesame Seeds Parathas

  • For the dough: Mix wheat flour, sesame seeds, finely chopped green chillies, garam masala powder, salt and red chilli powder.
  • Add lukewarm water and prepare the dough.
  • Add 1 tsp of oil and knead the mixture well. Keep the dough aside for 15-20 mins.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed tawa.
  • Roll the dough to small balls, flatten them using a little ghee, fold again and prepare the parathas.
  • Fry the parathas both sides to make them crispy.
  • Serve hot with butter, curd and pickles.
