Ingredients

  • 2 - big Tomatoes
  • 2 - big Onions
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves, a little
  • 2 tsp - besan or gram flour
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Onion tomato gravy:

    1. Chop onion, tomatoes and green chillies. Cook the above for 5 mins.
    2. Add turmeric powder, salt and allow to boil on a medium flame for 5 mins.
    3. Add some water to the besan and pour it into the gravy.
    4. Simmer for 5 mins till the gravy is thick.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with dosa and rotis.
