Ingredients

  • 2 - big tomatoes
  • 2 - big onions
  • 2 - green chillies
  • Coriander leaves, a little
  • 2 tsp - besan or gram flour
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Onion tomato gravy

  • Chop onion, tomatoes and green chillies. Cook the above for 5 mins.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt and allow to boil on a medium flame for 5 mins.
  • Add some water to the besan and pour it into the gravy.
  • Simmer for 5 mins till the gravy is thick.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with dosa and rotis.
