Ingredients

  • 2 cups - thick curds
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds powder (rai)
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp - roasted cumin
  • salt to taste

How to Make Onion Tomato Raita

  • Beat curds till thick and creamy.
  • Add chopped onion and tomato to curds.
  • Add cut green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt, cumin and mustard powder.
  • Serve as a side dish.
