How to Make Orange cream sandesh

  • Mash cheese and castor sugar till the mixture is smooth.
  • Cook in a heavy bottomed pan till dry.
  • Add orange essence and mix well.
  • Shape with hands or moulds into rounds and flatten slightly.
  • Mix together orange slices and whipped cream.
  • Sandwich 2 pieces of cheese rounds by spreading the cream mixture in-between.
  • Garnish with orange slices, nuts and cherries.
