Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - gram dal
  • 4 tsp - Sugar
  • 3 - Cardamoms
  • 500 ml - Milk
  • How to Make Paal Kollakattai:

    1. Take rice flour, add salt and make a fine dough with water and make small size kollakattai shapes.
    2. Soak gram dal in hot water for 1 hour and boil separately.
    3. Heat milk, add sugar, cardamoms and rice kollakattai and gram dal.
    4. Soak everything for 1/2 hour.
    5. Then eat it become taste and children like this sweet.
