Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Rice flour
  • 3/4 - Sugar
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1/2 cup - fresh grated Coconut
  • How to Make Paal (Milk) Kolukattai:

    1. Mix the rice flour, coconut with 1/4 cup sugar with the required amount of water to make it like puri dough. Make them into round shaped kollukattais.
    2. Boil the milk with water and remaining sugar. When it is boiling well add the kollukattais one by one without breaking.
    3. Keep it low fire till all the kollukattais get cooked.
