How to Make Paal (Milk) Kolukattai

  • Mix the rice flour, coconut with 1/4 cup sugar with the required amount of water to make it like puri dough. Make them into round shaped kollukattais.
  • Boil the milk with water and remaining sugar. When it is boiling well add the kollukattais one by one without breaking.
  • Keep it low fire till all the kollukattais get cooked.
