Ingredients

  • 1 packet - paneer, lightly fried
  • 1/2 cup - peas, boiled
  • 2 - tomatoes, finely chopped.
  • 2 - onions, finely chopped
  • 5 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger
  • 1/2 cup - shredded Coconut
  • 3 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp - Turmeric powder
  • vegetable oil
  • How to Make Pain Mutter Paneer:

    1. Heat oil, fry the onions and green chillies lightly.
    2. Add the shredded coconut. Fry until light brown.
    3. Add all the powders and ginger. Fry for one or two minutes
    4. Add the tomatoes and salt. Add enough water to get a thick gravy.
    5. Add the pieces of fried paneer and the pre-boiled peas. Cook for a few mins. Serve hot.
