Ingredients

  • 1 packet - paneer, lightly fried
  • 1/2 cup - peas, boiled
  • 2 - tomatoes, finely chopped.
  • 2 - onions, finely chopped
  • 5 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger
  • 1/2 cup - shredded Coconut
  • 3 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp - Turmeric powder
  • vegetable oil

How to Make Pain Mutter Paneer

  • Heat oil, fry the onions and green chillies lightly.
  • Add the shredded coconut. Fry until light brown.
  • Add all the powders and ginger. Fry for one or two minutes
  • Add the tomatoes and salt. Add enough water to get a thick gravy.
  • Add the pieces of fried paneer and the pre-boiled peas. Cook for a few mins. Serve hot.
