How to Make Pakke hue Papite ki Subzi

  • Chop the papaya into pieces.
  • In a kadai, heat the oil till it smokes.
  • Lower the flame and add mustard seeds.
  • When they stop spluttering add jeera.
  • Then add hing, curry leaves and green or red chillies.
  • Add the chopped papaya.
  • Put salt and turmeric powder.
  • Cover and simmer the flame till papaya is cooked.
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and amchur powder.
  • Keep on low flame till all spices are mixed well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot phulkas/ rotis.
