Ingredients

  • Brown Rice - 1cup
  • Palak juice - 1 cup
  • Coconut Milk - 1 cup
  • Sweet Corn - 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil- 1 tsp
  • Clove- 2
  • Bay leaf- 1
  • Saunf - 10 seeds
  • Jeera - 15 seeds
  • Green chilies- 2
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Palak Corn Brown Rice

  • Wash and soak brown rice for 120 minutes.
  • In the pressure cooker, heat oil and roast saunf, jeera, cloves, bay leaf with ginger-garlic paste and chillies.
  • Add the brown rice and salt and fry for 1 min.
  • Add palak juice and coconut milk and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
  • Boil the corn and keep aside.
  • Mix the rice with the boiled corn and stir gently.
  • Serve hot with raitha.
