Ingredients

  • 2 cups - boiled Rice
  • 1/4 cup - Urad Dal
  • 2 cups - Palak
  • 4 - finely chopped Green chilli
  • ginger, a little
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Palak Idli:

    1. Soak rice and urad dal separately for 5 hours.
    2. First grind urad dal, then add the rice. At the very end, add chillies, ginger and salt.
    3. Keep aside for 8 hours.
    4. Before steaming the idlis, add finely chopped palak and steam.
