Ingredients

  • 200 g - blanched Spinach
  • 10 to 12 - boiled Mushrooms
  • 3 to 4 - chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 - boiled Potatoes
  • 1 to 2 - Red Chillies
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp - Cream
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Garlic
  • 2 tsp - chopped Green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp - yellow chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - kasoori Methi
  • 3 to 4 tbsp - Corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Palak Ki Gravy:

    1. Make a puree of blanched spinach.
    2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, green chillies and roast.
    3. Now add yellow chilli powder, kasoori methi, chopped tomato and cook.
    4. Add tomato puree, salt, spinach puree and cook.
    5. Add boiled potato, mushroom and corn kernels.
    6. Cook for a while and add cream.
    7. Serve with butter and coriander leaves.
