  • 1 cup - Spinach leaves, washed and chopped fine
  • 1.5 cup - Crumbled paneer
  • 1 tsp - Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup - Coriander, chopped
  • 1 - Large onion, chopped
  • Oil for roasting
  • Warm Water to knead
  • 1/4 cup - Yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tsp - Salt

How to Make Palak Paneer Paratha

  • Knead dough using water and yogurt (if using), add in the spinach and keep aside.
  • Mix coriander, paneer, onion, salt and black pepper all together and keep aside.
  • Divide the dough into equal balls and flatten with a rolling pin.
  • Stuff in the paneer mix and flatten again.
  • Cook on a hot griddle applying a little oil on both sides, till brown spots start appearing.
  • Serve it hot with chutney or raita.
