3 bunches - Palak

3 - Green chillies

250 g - Curd

Little coriander

Little Haldi

Salt

Method

  1. Wash the palak in water nicely and grind it along with chillies and coriander.
  2. Add salt and mix it with curd. Goes well with rice or chapatti.
