Ingredients

  • 1 cup - finely chopped palak
  • 2 - potatoes
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Palak Potato

  • Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai.
  • Add all the other ingredients and the potatoes.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water and allow to cook well for 5-10 mins.
  • Serve hot.
