  • 20 Baby Potatoes (cooked)
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp - Roasted gram flour/pottukadalai maavu
  • a few Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • How to Make Pan Roasted Spicy Baby Potatoes:

    1. Heat oil and fry the curry leaves.
    2. Prick the cooked baby potatoes with a fork and add to the pan. Saute.
    3. Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
    4. Cook everything for a few minutes on simmer until the potatoes get well coated with the spice powder.
    5. Finally, add the roasted gram flour and toss gently.
    6. Take off heat and serve.
