  • 2 cups - crunchy cookies
  • 1 cup - crushed Almonds or Cashewnuts
  • 3/4 cup - Butter
  • 2 cups - paneer, ground to a paste
  • 3/4 cup - ground Sugar
  • 2 cups - Mango pulp
  • 2 tinned Mango pieces, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - gelatine, softened in 1.5 cup hot water
  • 2 tbsp - whipped Cream

How to Make Paneer aam ka pudding

  • Mix crunchy cookies, nut powder and butter well.
  • Line a pie dish and freeze till set.
  • Mix paneer, mango pulp and sugar in a liquidizer. Remove.
  • Add cream and cooked gelatine. Stir well and add a few mango slices.
  • Put in the set pie crust and decorate with slices of mango and whipped cream.
  • Freeze till set. Turn out on a platter to serve.
