  • 4 cups - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Grated Paneer
  • 1/4 cup - Roasted rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • a few Pistachios (sliced)
  • a few Almonds (sliced)
  • How to Make Paneer and Oats Payasam:

    1. Boil the milk with sweetened condensed milk, grated paneer and cook for a few minutes until the paneer dissolves a bit.
    2. Now add the roasted nuts, cardamom powder to the cooking payasam. Cook for a few more minutes and take off the stove.
    3. Serve warm topped with sliced pistachios and almonds.
