  • 4 cups - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup - Grated paneer
  • 1/4 cup - Roasted rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • a few pistachios (sliced)
  • a few almonds (sliced)

How to Make Paneer and Oats Payasam

  • Boil the milk with sweetened condensed milk, grated paneer and cook for a few minutes until the paneer dissolves a bit.
  • Now add the roasted nuts, cardamom powder to the cooking payasam. Cook for a few more minutes and take off the stove.
  • Serve warm topped with sliced pistachios and almonds.
