Ingredients

  • Paneer (fried and soaked in water) - 100 g
  • Tomatoes- 250 g
  • ginger - 10 g
  • garlic - 10 g
  • red chilli powder -1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 5 g
  • onions - 15 g
  • butter - 10 g
  • kasoori methi - 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • cream - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped coriander - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - a pinch

How to Make Paneer and Tomato Butter Masala

  • Blanch the tomatoes. Skin and make a coarse paste of them.
  • In a kadai, heat oil and add cumin, chopped onion.
  • Fry for a while. Add ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add chilli powder and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • Then, add pureed tomatoes and cook well.
  • Finish by adding fried paneer and kasuri methi.
  • Take out in a bowl, garnish with garam masala powder and chopped coriander.
