Ingredients

  • Paneer made from 1 litre Milk [crumbled]
  • 1 big -onion
  • 1 big - Tomato
  • 1 handful - frozen peas
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Haldi
  • Jeera for seasoning
  • How to Make Paneer Bhujia:

    1. Slice onion and tomato into thin long strips.
    2. Heat oil (around 2 tbsps) and season with jeera. Add onion and fry till transparent.
    3. Add tomato and fry for 1 minute and then add the peas.
    4. When done, add the crumbled paneer, chilli powder, garam masala and haldi and also salt.
    5. Fry for a few minutes and garnish with finely cut coriander leaves.
    6. Serve hot with chapatti or parathas.
