Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Paneer
  • 1 - large Onion finely chopped
  • 1 - large Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 - medium Tomato finely chopped
  • 1-2 - Green chilli finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped green coriander leaves.
  • 1 tsp - dhania-jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - chat masala
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • salt
  • How to Make Paneer Capsicum Bhurji:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions and fry it for 2 minutes.
    2. Then add capsicum and let it fry for another 3-4 minutes. Then add tomatoes and fry for 2 more minutes.
    3. Add paneer, green chillies, all masalas, salt & let it fry for 3-4 minutes.
    4. Now add butter and coriander leaves.
    5. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
