Ingredients

  • 150 g - Paneer
  • 3 tbsp - Capsicum
  • 1 - Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 - Tomato, diced
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilly powder
  • 3/4 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Paneer Capsicum Jhalfrezi:

    1. Take oil in a pan add jeera.
    2. Add ginger-garlic paste, onion, capsicum and salt.
    3. Cook for sometime and then add red chilly, turmeric and coriander powder.
    4. Cook for 2-3 mins and then add paneer and tomato.
    5. Cook for 5-7 mins and then add lime juice
    6. Paneer jalfrezi is ready, serve it hot.
