Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Paneer, cut lengthwise
  • 1 cup- Capsicum, cut lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup - Onions, cut lengthwise
  • 1 cup - Tomatoes, cut lengthwise
  • A pinch of Ajinomoto
  • Salt and Red Chilli powder to taste
  • 1/2 cup - Coriander leaves

How to Make Paneer Capsicum ki Sabzi

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, capsicum, and tomatoes.
  • Add ajinomoto, salt, and chilli powder to it.
  • When brown, add the paneer and coriander leaves.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot with chapatis.
