  • 10-12 - Keebler Club Crackers
  • 1 - block of Paneer
  • 1 - medium Tomato
  • 1 tbsp - Clove powder
  • 1 tbsp - crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp - Oregano

How to Make Paneer Cracker Delight

  • Slice paneer into thin rectangular cubes (approximately the size of the crackers). Slice tomatoes into thin rectangular wedges.
  • Layout crackers flat onto a medium sized microwavable plate.
  • Place paneer slices over each cracker. Microwave plate approximately 20-25 sec.
  • Place tomato slices over paneer on each cracker.
  • Sprinkle each cracker with a pinch of clove powder, black pepper, and oregano.
  • Makes a delightful snack with tea.
