Ingredients

  • Puff pastry sheets - 1
  • Paneer - 1 block, grated
  • Salsa sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make Paneer Cups

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit
  • Grate paneer and keep aside in a large bowl
  • Heal oil in a pan. When hot, add chopped onions and grated garlic, stir till brown.
  • Add Salsa sauce, salt, pepper and cook covered on low flame for 5 minutes
  • Add this mixture to the grated paneer and mix well.
  • Cut puff pastry sheets into squares - 2 inches by 2 inches
  • Place a tbsp of the paneer mixture in the middle of the puff pastry.
  • Place the puff pastries in small foil muffin cups so it takes shape of cups. The edges could be left curly for better effect.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a moderately hot oven and serve.
